The brand new Madeira Bay Resort I #1609 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a private balcony. King size bed in the master, queen bed in the second bedroom plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. Flat screen TV's in the living room and master. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. One parking pass provided. This condo is pet friendly with restrictions ($150 non refundable pet fee).
Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

Was very nice. I didn't realize that what I booked was the "newer" building. I stayed at the older unit before and really enjoyed it. I think the older units were larger but enjoyed our unit too. It's nice having pet friendly units available. A+ for my visit

We found the unit very comfortable with a great view of the marina area. The kitchen was fully equipped and the living area very nice, as well as the balcony. Our labradoodle came on vacation with us and we found ample area to walk her on the grounds as well as the streets running behind the unit. Great proximity to the beach across the street and John's Pass. Enjoyed it!

Check-in was smooth and the staff was friendly. The property was clean and had just about everything we needed. We overlooked the bay which was perfect for viewing the stunning sunrise. We easily walked just across the street to get to the beach. The pool was fun atmosphere and everyone was friendly. Just 1 block from John's Pass which was a great vibe that offered plenty to do. I highly recommend this property and a stay in Madeira Beach - we will definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed staying at MBR. I am disabled and there is easy access throughout the property for those with limited mobility. What a refreshing change of pace. We loved the Marina style community and waterway views! Our stay in the new unit was a pleasure. We'll be back soon!
