Furniture Packages

TRS would like to make your vacation home ownership experience as simple and painless as possible. It is a proven fact that a well maintained and decorated rental unit will have higher return guest request and potentially higher rental rates as well. That being said, we encourage you to follow the lead of the owners before you, and select a furniture package that will fit your needs. We have worked closely with an area designer and a furniture retailer, putting together several “value based” packages from which to select from, at prices hard to refuse. Select the entire package, or pick and choose the items you prefer.

All packages can include an Air Dream Sleeper Sofa option, for the very best in sleep comfort as well as a Mattress Package for all your bedroom needs. You can also select from a Performance Leather sofa that will greatly withstand staining or from the durable fabrics we have selected for you. Again all specially priced for our TRS customers.

We also have arranged for “final touch” accessorizing by an interior designer, to fully complete your vacation home interior, again specially priced to you as well. TRS will coordinate purchase, delivery, setup and removal of your old furniture as well.
