Q:  What is your response to COVID-19?

A: During the Coronavirus outbreak, the wellbeing of our guests, owners, staff, and community is our top priority. Some of the steps we have taken include:

  • We are offering a ”Contact-Free Check In” option by allowing guests to electronically complete the check in process prior to arrival in an effort to minimize face-to-face contact upon arrival.
  • Additional cleaning measures are in place to ensure disinfection of the kitchen and bathroom areas as well as other high-contact surfaces throughout the unit.
  • Additional disinfection procedures are also in place for common areas and shared spaces at all condo associations managed by TRS.
  • We have our own commercial laundry machines to wash bed linen and towels at the proper temperature for sanitization. Other companies or individual owners may be using the consumer grade washers and dryers within the unit.
  • Upon arrival, we are providing resources and guidelines from the CDC, State of Florida, and Pinellas County.

Q:  What is your cancellation policy?

A:  Cancellations require at least 60 day notice prior to your arrival in order to receive a refund. A $55 processing fee applies to all cancellations. If less than 60 day notice is given, all monies paid will be forfeited.

Q:  Can I purchase Travel Insurance?

A: Travel Insurance is highly recommended to cover risks such as illness (including coronavirus), hurricanes and other natural disasters, mandatory evacuations due to adverse weather, job loss, jury duty, and more. Travel Insurance is offered though Generali / CSA. Note: TRS is unable to sell plans to residents of New York or Hawaii. Guests from these states can contact the travel insurance agency directly.

Q:  How much of a deposit is required to make a reservation?

A: If you will be arriving within the next 45 days or less, the full amount is required to book. Otherwise, just a $200 deposit is required to secure a reservation. For stays that are 28 nights or longer, a $400 deposit is required.

Q:  When is my final payment due?

A: The balance of your reservation is due 45 days prior to arrival. You may call us to make the payment over the phone or log into our Guest Portal.

Q: Do you accept pets?

A: Select units are pet friendly. If you are bringing a pet, please be sure to select a room that is pet friendly. Pets must be indicated at the time of booking. Pet fee applies and vaccine records must be provided.

The following breeds are not allowed: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepard, Great Dane, Pitbull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Siberian Husky, Wolf Hybrid.

Q: Do you offer beach chairs or other beach items?

A: Beach chairs and similar items may or may not be found within the unit. We are not able to guarantee the presence or condition of the items available. There are affordable options to purchase or rent beach items locally.

Q: What amenities are included in the rental?

A: Condos are fully furnished and have well-equipped kitchens. You will find bed linen, bath towels, and a starter supply of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. These items will need to be replenished by the guest as needed.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

A: Check in begins at 3:00pm.   In some cases, such as peak travel days, the room may not be ready until 5:00pm.  Check-out is at 10:00am. Although we would love to offer it, we are generally not able to accommodate early check-in or check-out requests due to time constraints.

Q: How old must I be to book a unit?

A: The responsible guests must be at least 25 years old to check-in. Valid identification and a credit card belonging to the responsible party will be verified at check-in.

Q: Someone else wants to pay for my stay, is that allowed?

A: We are only able to provide unit keys to the cardholder who paid for the stay. Upon arrival we will verify the card(s) used for payment. We also need to see the I.D. of the cardholder, and their name must be listed on the reservation. If the cardholder will not be present, a credit card authorization form needs to be filled out in advance. Please contact us as soon as possible if the cardholder will not be present at check-in.

Q: How does parking work?

A: Most condominiums include one parking pass per reservation unless otherwise noted in the unit description. Most can NOT accommodate any additional vehicles, trailers, boats, RV’s, motorcycles, etc. Nearby public parking may be available (hourly meter and/or extended stay pass, depending on municipality). If you need more than the one included space, please make arrangement prior to your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in.
