The brand new Madeira Bay Resort I #1607 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a private balcony. King size bed in the master, bunk bed in the second bedroom plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. Flat screen TV's in the living room and master. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. This condo is NOT pet friendly. One parking pass provided.
Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

This is our fourth year at Madeira Beach. There was a noticeable increase in dogs in the building. Most were well mannered but did have one across the hall whose barking could be heard. But this in no way detracted from the overall experience.

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. The room was very quiet an had lots of room. We would definitely stay here again. We also were lucky an seen a manatee in the bay! Perfect room an location for my family.

Such a wonderful location , where else can you sit on your balcony and watch dolphins and manatees pass by in the marina below ! Easy walk to the various shops on John's pass , the beach is literally 4 mins walk and great parking and an excellent standard of room . Thoroughly enjoyed our stay .
