Villa Madeira is a Gulf Front property with large screened balconies. Expansive view of the Gulf of Mexico. So close to the water you'll hear the waves crash. Unit #601 is a corner unit and has a large wrap around balcony with Gulf and Bay views. It features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and offers balcony access and a private bathroom. The second bedrooms has a queen bed and the third has full bed. Full size washer and dryer right inside the condo. The kitchen is fully equipped. With over 1100 sq. ft., you'll have plenty of room for everyone. One assigned, covered, parking spaces is provided. The property features a beach front pool and paver deck. The grounds are impeccably maintained and offer a secured lobby, elevator access to each floor, and assigned parking plus visitor parking. Just 1 mile North of John’s Pass Historic Fishing Village, you’ll be enjoying all the restaurants and shops in no time. Madeira Beach is a small beach community located within a short drive to two of the highest rated beaches in Florida: St. Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach.

We are coming back next year, but booked a different condo. We love the staff, amenties and the private beach. It will be our 4th in a row at Villa Madeira. We loved having the wrap around balcony. The views are spectacular, especially at sunset. The kitchen was well stocked with about anything you would need. There was also a small cooler to use on the beach. The washer and dryer are great. It is nice to be on the end as you do not have people walking but your door and making noise.

We really enjoyed our stay in paradise. This condo has it all and then some. The views from the balcony are amazing. The wrap around balcony makes the condo feel so open and airy. No matter where you are, kitchen, dining table or living room you can see so many wonderful views of the outside. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. The pool was refreshing and never crowded. We really enjoyed being right on the beach. This section of beach is amazing, clean and wide. Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and enjoy all the great sparkling white sand. Having small views of the bay and the boats and ships is a great bonus. We saw dolphins almost daily and enjoyed being so close to John’s Pass. TRS was great.
