Vista's on the Gulf #202 is a beautiful Direct Gulf Front condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The large private balcony offers picturesque views of the beach. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and it also has a dishwasher. A washer/dryer is conveniently located in the second bedroom closet. Cable, high speed Wi-Fi and a reserved parking space under the building is all included. The property features an onsite exercise room and beach-side heated pool with jacuzzi.
Plenty of restaurants are located within waking distance from the Vista's on the Gulf. St Pete Beach has miles of sandy beaches, year-round sunshine, and an abundance of recreational activities, it’s one of the most enjoyable places vacation. This beach community offers ample restaurants, shops, sail boat and fishing charters, parasailing, and many other things to do. St. Pete Beach is a short drive from nearby attractions, including John’s Pass Fishing Village, Ft. Desoto State Park, and Downtown St. Petersburg.
This unit is managed by Travel Resort Services in Madeira Beach and we have been in business for over 30 years as a “full service” real estate company. We are there for whatever you may need during your stay, and we will go out of our way to ensure you have an exceptional vacation. We are available around the clock, 7 days a week, with a staff member located right in Madeira Beach to personally take your call. By means of in-house housekeeping and maintenance services, nearly all requests are addressed within a 24 hour time period. We loved our visit! Betty (as always) made the check in simple and enjoyable, and Vistas on the Gulf #202 was perfect! Large balcony with a beautiful view, nice furnishings, clean and everything we could have asked for. Can't wait to visit again

Really enjoyed having a code to open the door instead of a key. Great room. Just wish washer/dryer wasn't in the second bedroom.

Building as a whole was very nice. Check-in process was easy. Unit furnishings are tired and could use replacing.

My friends and I are used to staying in nice hotels with many services so I was reluctant to try a condo. However, our stay at Vista was the best vacation ever. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen, including coffee maker, blender, and even chip clips. All the linens and the condo overall, were very clean. The balcony view was breathtaking. The pool, hot tub, and outside restrooms were all well maintained, which was surprising as we stayed during the busy Memorial Day weekend. Onsight and office staff are professional and friendly. We will definitely be back.

You repaired and answered all requests immediately. Thank you. A storage shelf in the open closet for groceries would help the small cabinet space and the dishwasher needs replacing. The new oven is great.

The office management staff was outstanding! I apologize for forgetting her name, but she had an Eastern European accent, and she was so helpful! We had questions she eagerly answered, gave great recommendations for restaurants and boating attractions in the area, and provided the supplies we needed.
