We found the condo to be clean,generously furnished with dishes,pots,utensils,linens,towels, books,puzzels, coolers, beach chairs and smart decorations. Pictures on website are very current.On property was a large bin with shareable beach toys, noodles, beach Umbrellas and beach chairs. Pool was fantastic, Clear and clean but 4ft at it's most shallow. Beach was clean and easy to walk to with lounge chairs with Umbrellas to rent. Having John's Pass across the street was handy and enjoyed. The crew at TRS were great to work with. Quick response/repair given when we had problems with door lock and ice maker.

We always have the best time coming to Surfsong and have been for over 30 years. We always recommend it to our family and friends!This was our first time staying in Unit 115 at Surfsong and really liked the openness and the layout. There’s plenty of room and we booked again! My only suggestion would be to please get some kind of rug for the main room as that is way too much tile floor and it was very slippery at times and we almost had a few wipeouts. I think some kind of carpet even under the coffee table like other units would be such a help in that unit!

Wonderful... Clean as a whistle. Everything was in perfect working order. Comfortable beds with great pillows. Great water pressure in shower! Nice pool area with ample tables, lounges for sunning, and seating. Beach was awesome with lounge and umbrella rentals. Easy walk to many restaurants and shops. We will stay here again!

Great . We loved the room and the resort. We wanted to come back to this room again, The beach was amazing and we will be back sometime if we can ever snag this room or another one like it at surf song again ! It was perfect for my daughter who uses a wheelchair.
