Having beach chairs available for fee was a great perk. Well maintained pool and landscaping. Jess in the office was very helpful and gave some great tips.

We had a problem with the elevator being out of order at the unit that we had booked. Since we are 83 and 77 years old, Christine started immediately to fix the problem. Christine and Kate in the office staff worked jointly to quickly put us into another unit, which we were very pleased with. We were most impressed with these employees of TRS who were sincerely concerned about us and responded so quickly to our needs. Because of them, we will be looking to use TRS on future trips to Florida.
