Hurricane Update: This unit was not damaged in the hurricanes, and we’d love to accommodate you! The building is currently completing repairs on the ground level, particularly around the pool deck. You may hear or see construction workers during your stay. The elevator is fully operational, and direct beach access is available. The pool remains closed but is expected to reopen later this spring.
Sea Breeze #703 is a direct Gulf Front condo with a large private balcony overlooking the beach. Spacious two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a 1200 sq. ft. split floorplan. The master bedroom has two Queen size beds and the second bedroom has one queen size bed. TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. Free cable and Wi-Fi internet. One parking pass provided (second pass may be available upon request). Sea Breeze is located directly on the beach with private beach access. The large pool deck with Jacuzzi is beach front. Property also offers BBQ grilling area with picnic tables, Bocce Ball court, and tiki huts. Laundry facilities available on the 4th and 7th floors. Johns Pass Village is just 5 blocks away.

Over all the experience was wonderful and the room was great with great views of the ocean and the beach. We were able to watch dolphins from the balcony in the morning and the evening as they went up and down the beach. I do like the fact that you have to have a passcode to get in the elevator as this gives you a sense of security that only guests can be on the floors to the rooms.

It was what I needed for some time. The beautiful million dollar view is amazing! I was so relaxed. I loved the beach, dolphins and pelicans. Not to mention the delicious food choice options and being able to cook at the condo. I'm planning to spend time at the Sea Breeze for years to come.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Very roomy with a wonderful ocean view. Pictures above of condo don’t do it justice-new sectional & recliner and some updated decor. I would definitely stay here again. Only cons were the one slow, hot elevator for the entire building, and I wish the unit had better beach equipment to borrow. We bought and donated sand toys and a beach umbrella. Hope the next renters enjoy! :) TRS should also supply dish soap (not just dishwasher detergent) - we bought and donated that too. Thanks for a wonderful stay and vacation.

Love the town! Love the location! The building. The people. The whole vacation was great. Recently replaced furniture includes a power recliner that my father loved so much we have to buy one now and a new sectional sofa with two reclining seats built-in. Comfortable and VERY clean. The framing on the doors is old, but you can tell they take pride in the building and this unit. The guy doing work around the grounds was very friendly. May not be the best unit for young kids as the double bed room opens to the balcony and their were really no plastic cups to speak of in the kitchen. But it was great for us! The sunset view is wonderful from the balcony (or the couch). But don't be fooled because the views out the front bedroom look over a beautiful waterway with nice homes. Comfortable bedding. Nice dishes. Clean linen. Make sure you bring your toiletries and kitchen cleaning stuff! Extra beach towels would be a good idea too. But beach chairs are already there, so save room and don't worry with your own. Condo is located not far from the channel and draw bridge so you can see the boats coming and going, dolphins too. Excellent beach access (amazing shelling if you get out there early enough). Very clean pretty pool area with a super relaxing jacuzzi! Feels safe with a code protected elevator/pool. Great location within walking distance to tourist shopping and dining as well as a 7/11 across the street and a Publix just down the road. Planning our next trip through TRS already!
