Hurricane Update: This unit was not damaged in the hurricanes, and we’d love to accommodate you! The building is currently completing repairs on the ground level, particularly around the pool deck. You may hear or see construction workers during your stay. The elevator is fully operational, and direct beach access is available. The pool remains closed but is expected to reopen later this spring.

There are flat panel TVs in the living room and both bedrooms and free private WiFi to insure a fast and safe connection. Sea Breeze of Madeira Beach has a heated pool and spa and well maintained coin operated washer and dryers on site. Johns Pass Village is just a short walk and there is a trolley stop right out front of the building. You are there for the beach and the views and the unit delivers. The unit was clean and comfortable. Beds we generally okay - not the best I've slept in but way far from the worst. I'd rent the unit again. Great location. Still recovering from the storms but plenty to do.

Overall we were happy with this building and unit. This was our first stay at this location. We travel to Madeira a couple times a year and have stayed at multiple condos, some filthy and damaged. The grounds were much nicer than a lot of other condos as well. For us to say that we would return is a big plus for those considering this building/unit. It was very clean. The staff at TRS was wonderful. Maria was so easy to work with and just upbeat and very pleasant. Can't wait for our next trip down.
