Hurricane Update: This unit was not damaged in the hurricanes, and we’d love to accommodate you! The building is currently completing repairs on the ground level, particularly around the pool deck. You may hear or see construction workers during your stay. The elevator is fully operational, and direct beach access is available. The pool remains closed but is expected to reopen later this spring.

We have Rented Thru TRS for over 10 years and will continue to do so. We Truly like the "Sea Breeze" and overall, the Resort is Clean and well maintained, We will just be a little more careful with our choice of units. The Staff at TRS is always friendly and Professional, and helpful. We also Enjoy the area and we have family in the area so we travel there 5-6 times a year.

Our family had a wonderful time at Sea Breeze and our unit. The unit was the perfect size for our family. The unit was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we could possibly need for cooking. The unit was beautifully decorated. So cute! The pool area was very clean. We loved staying on the beach. It was quiet even over the holiday and it felt safe. We would like to return to Sea Breeze and this unit again!

Cute, simple place! Great location but having to enter a code to use the elevator and get to the beach and pool was a bit of a pain. Having only one elevator that was small for the entire condo was also inconvenient. We used the stairs most of the time but take into account what floor you are on. Close to Johns pass and restaurants which was nice.

The sea breeze is in a prime location of walking distance to John's Pass. There is a little of everything there, food, drinks, shopping, arcade, excursions and spotting of dolphins. We came out to the beach after 5 days in Orlando doing Universal and this was the place for relaxation. Whether it be right on the beach or on your balcony it was all good. The condo has plenty of room no tripping over each like in a hotel. Save some money with having a kitchen. This was the recharge I needed being a nurse and working this Covid crap.
