Location was great easy access to beach. Hot tub had a lot of sand in it probably due to all the children playing in there with inflatables and not rinsing off.

the unit is vey spacious and the kitchen well stocked to plan meals with many family members. the view is amazing and loved having the beach so close for our young boys.

The rental company was very nice and the rooms we had were very spacious! The view of the beach is amazing from this resort and the pool was the perfect place to cool off on these hot days of July. All the appliances and everything we needed worked great. We had some beach chairs and things as well. Those are the things we loved! Some things we thought could’ve been improved to make the stay better are that they didn’t start with enough towels, just one small towel per person. And you have to pay a service fee to get one extra. For a long weekend you definitely need 2 towels. Also the beds were terrible, it’s soo easy to replace a mattress, I slept on the couch a few nights because getting up and down off the bed sounded like popping popcorn. Lastly, they provided one trash bag I think, needless to say we needed more, and who wants to buy an extra box to leave it or pack it in your already full suitcase! Those are my thoughts but overall it was a lovely stay and I loved the area and how it was pretty quiet, and not too busy in the summer. There’s a cafe down the street Lisa’s, it was delicious for brunch and it’s very nice having a 711 across the street for little things. Also the balconies were spacious!

Overall our experience was wonderful. The unit is lovely and the view from the terrace is spectacular. We watched the sunset every night and it was beautiful. I enjoyed my morning coffee staring out over the Gulf of Mexico and watched dolphins swim by. It was paradise!

The condo was very nice and well equipped. The porch view looked right at the gulf. The sunsets were disappointing this week. The pool area was very nice. My wife enjoyed the hot tub and I enjoyed the pool. They also had carts available to help you with moving your belongings from your car to your condo. The condo had one elevator which we never had to wait long for. You have to use a code to enter the elevator, the pool and to go to the ocean. The code devices were a challenge for many. A company came in and replaced some of the locks and installed new code machines. However, they drilled into the metal and left metal shavings where they drilled. I told a maintenance person about it and he cleaned up most of the shavings. Please note, if you arrive on a Sunday, the place you are to check in at is closed on Sundays. You need to check in at the late check in place. Overall, we were very satisfied with our accommodations and our week. I would highly recommend Sea Breeze Condo 406.
