Sea Breeze #402 is a direct Gulf Front condo with a large private balcony overlooking the beach. Spacious two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a 1200 sq. ft. split floorplan. The master bedroom has a King size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. Sleeper sofa in the living room. TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. Free cable and Wi-Fi internet. One parking pass provided (second pass may be available upon request). Sea Breeze is located directly on the beach with private beach access. The large pool deck with Jacuzzi is beach front. Property also offers BBQ grilling area with picnic tables, Bocce Ball court, and tiki huts. Laundry facilities available on the 4th and 7th floors. Johns Pass Village is just 5 blocks away.

This is such a perfect location, I love Madeira Beach! The condo was very clean and spacious. It was also very well stocked with all cooking utensils and cookware. Best view ever, I wanted to bottle it and take it home with me!

The view and location was perfect. Nice TV in bedrooms and FR. After entering the unit we expressed our displeasure with the overall decor of the unit and were asked “did you see the online pictures” yes we did but reality was 1960's. I renamed it condo motel 6. No beach towels or beach chairs, nothing extra. W/D down by the elevator which you pay for. Few upgrades so it's a plain Jane condo 1960 era. I wouldn't rent this condo again.

Response to fix leak in kitchen and garbage disposal was quick. The new floors are great, but the rest of the unit is very dated and could use some upgrades.

Perfect location right on the beach. Walkable to a 7-Eleven and John’s Pass. Unit was recently refreshed and perfect for our family vacation. Pool was nice and had a lovely beach view. Grills on patio were well maintained. We would happily stay here again.
