Hurricane Update: This unit was not damaged in the hurricanes, and we’d love to accommodate you! The building is currently completing repairs on the ground level, particularly around the pool deck. You may hear or see construction workers during your stay. The elevator is fully operational, and direct beach access is available. The pool remains closed but is expected to reopen later this spring.
Sea Breeze #305 is a direct Gulf Front condo with a large private balcony overlooking the beach. Spacious 710 sq. ft. floorplan. King size bed in the bedroom plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. Living room and bedroom both have TV's. Free cable and Wi-Fi internet. One parking pass provided (second pass may be available upon request). Sea Breeze is located directly on the beach with private beach access. The large pool deck with Jacuzzi is beach front. Property also offers BBQ grilling area with picnic tables, Bocce Ball court, and tiki huts. Laundry facilities available on the 4th and 7th floors. Johns Pass Village is just 5 blocks away.

We had a wonderful stay and hated to come home. The view was awesome and enjoyed the stay as well as a well groomed beach and clean hot tub and pool area. The office was very friendly and helpful with the questions we had before and during our stay. What a well stocked kitchen as well.

Want to come back for the July 4th week next year. We enjoyed our stay at Caprice. The condo had everything we needed. Staff was helpful and friendly. Condo was in walking distance of shopping and places to eat.

The location of the Sea Breeze is excellent. The pool area was always clean. Our room 305 was nice. The kitchen could use updating. The drawers in the bathroom vanity were unusable as the door's molding would not allow you to open them more than an inch or so. The view from the unit was awesome, especially for the sunset!!

It's still a nice unit to stay in, it was super clean feeling, views were amazing, can't really complain. I would rent it again. I've rented in Seabreeze from TRS many times in the past and keep coming back. Their booking, check in and check out are always a simple process. The rooms they rent are always clean and affordable. I've never had a problem of any kind renting from TRS.
