Hurricane Update: This unit was not damaged in the hurricanes, and we’d love to accommodate you! The building is currently completing repairs on the ground level, particularly around the pool deck. You may hear or see construction workers during your stay. The elevator is fully operational, and direct beach access is available. The pool remains closed but is expected to reopen later this spring.
Sea Breeze #206 is a direct Gulf Front condo with a large private balcony overlooking the beach. Spacious two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a 1200 sq. ft. split floorplan. The master bedroom has two double beds and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Sleeper sofa in the living room. TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. Free cable and Wi-Fi internet. One parking pass provided (second pass may be available upon request). Sea Breeze is located directly on the beach with private beach access. The large pool deck with Jacuzzi is beach front. Property also offers BBQ grilling area with picnic tables, Bocce Ball court, and tiki huts. Laundry facilities available on the 4th and 7th floors. Johns Pass Village is just 5 blocks away.

The condo was perfect! There was 4 of us on a girls trip and had plenty of room for us! Nice closet space and good storage! We appreciated the convenience of all the amenities! We will definitely be back!!!

We really loved our stay. It was in a very convenient location and the beach area was more beautiful and less crowded than some of the other condos further down. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Especially the ladies at check in. It turned out to be one of our favorite vacations. So much fun.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable. We liked the vinyl flooring that made it easy to sweep up sand. The ice maker worked well. TRS was very accommodating in having our unit ready early since we were moving from one TRS managed building to another.

We stayed in the Sea Breeze. We enjoyed the unit very much. Very clean. Excellent location by Johns Pass, as well as right on beach. I thought the reservation process was a little confusing, not really sure how check in process would take place, as well as location of check in desk. Maybe I missed the info in the beginning of sign up. Excellent Time Thanks
