You may hear or see construction workers during your stay. The elevator is fully operational, and direct beach access is available. It's understandable that the overall Sea Breeze property is still in a recovery phase but the items mentioned in the unit had little to do with the hurricanes. This unit is just needing some attention to make it worthy of anything but a fair rating.
Madeira Beach got hit with two significant hurricanes in 2024, Helene & Milton. A lot of work has been done to recover but a lot more work is needed. It's amazing that things are back as much as they are. This is a wonderful area and visitors are needed now to help support the recovery efforts.

I loved that it was very comfortable and beautifully done, not to mention the amazing view of the beach and sunset from the balcony. I would definitely recommend this condo!!!

I stayed at Sea Breeze 104... Three things really impressed me. The unit was clean and beautifully decorated. The ocean view was spectacular. I could feel my blood pressure go down when I stood on the balcony and watched the sun go down. It was also close to John's Pass. I would give this a 5 * rating. I plan to go back and rent this same unit!

I love this unit and the location. Updated bedding and recent decorative upgrades are noticeable but the best part is the unencumbered ocean view from the living room and bedrooms. No sand dunes in front of this unit make waking up to a beach view exhilarating and watching the sun set over the ocean each evening is so very relaxing. It really does not get any better! Enjoy!
