Hurricane Update: The condo itself was not damaged in the hurricanes! The building is currently undergoing repairs on the ground level and common areas. The pool is on track on open March 10th, 2025. The elevator is operational. We'd love to accommodate you, please reach out if you have any additional concerns regarding the hurricane recovery of this building or the area.

Our family has been coming to Madeira Beach for almost 20 years, we have stayed in 5 - 6 buildings along the beach multiple times, this was our first visit to Ocean Sands.
On separate occasions both of our (adult children) said this was the best vacation ever. The Ocean Sands complex is second to none, the grounds are well maintained, the unit was spectacular and was fully stocked with everything we needed and the staff at TRS are wonderful to deal with. We would definitely return to Ocean Sands and if we are the same size party next time - we would return to this unit with TRS.

We have been to Madeira 15 times, stayed at 5 different Condo complexes, this by far was the best experience ever. This unit is beautiful! Well stocked, spacious, clean and we always had exactly what we needed. The layout of the master bedroom is well thought through allowing for privacy and efficiency when getting ready in the morning (separate shower/toilet from the well lit double sink area). The closet on the balcony is full of chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, coolers and a wagon to get your stuff to the beach. We left behind our shade tent, so hopefully future visitors enjoy it. The patio furniture is very comfortable for an afternoon nap. The grounds of the building are well maintained, clean and the covered parking was a nice bonus. A big shout out to the TRS staff, they are very helpful, professional and quickly answered any questions we had. Thank you for making this the best vacation ever (...which is what our two adult children said to us on separate occasions...) - we will be back!

We have stayed in other units at Ocean Sands many times. This unit was, by far, our favorite. It's newly remodeled. Everything was very clean upon arrive. The unit has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation - fully stocked kitchen and lots of beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels)! The view from Ocean Sands is incredible. We absolutely love the sliders in the living room and master bedroom that open the entire width of the room. We just returned from our stay and have already booked this unit for next year! Loved our vacation!!

We had a wonderful vacation at the Ocean Sands #606 and will book it again. Our great stay began with a very pleasant welcome from Maria B. at the TRS office. She was so friendly and helpful which always starts the vacation off right. The condo was beautiful and well equipped with all the amenities needed for a wonderful vacation. I have been renting for many years from TRS and will continue to do so.

The condo was very clean and newly updated. It’s also stocked with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The patio furniture was beyond comfortable! Not many places have patio furniture this nice.
