Madeira Bay Resort #413 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with two private balconies. Views of marina, sunrises, waterway and islands. The master bedroom has a king size bed and second bedroom has a queen size bed. Tile and wood flooring in main living areas. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. One parking pass provided. This condo is pet friendly with restrictions ($150 non refundable pet fee).
Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

Very fine condo. the washer and dryer, covered parking, 24 hour/day security, pool and hot tub, and professional but friendly staff make for a great vacation location.

The unit we rented last year had a keruig. However. This unit only had a coffee maker not a Keruig. It is much easier to find and buy kcups. A Keruig should be a must have in all units. The unit we rented last year also had two beach chairs. This unit did not have any beach chairs, which was also a big disappointment! All units should be required to have two beach chairs. Our stay was good.
