Madeira Bay Resort #312 is a two bedroom, one bathroom condo with a private balcony. Views of marina, sunrises, and waterway. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom also has a bunkbed with full on bottom and twin on top, and sleeper sofa in the living room. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. One parking pass provided.
Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

We had a wonderful stay! Our unit was updated and very clean. The location was absolutely ideal - only a few blocks from all the shops of John's Pass Village, and right across the street from the beach access. The reservation process was easy as was the check-in and checkout process. The pool and hot tub area could have been a little larger to accommodate as many guests as wanted to use it (very crowded most of the time). Overall, very good experience.

The blinds in the living area (the ONLY window) didn't open at all, the air conditioning wouldn't go below 72, the view from the balcony was poor. We literally looked over into someone's junkyard with two sad dogs laying in the dirt the whole week, so we didn't utilize the balcony at all. Also, I found the building itself to be SO loud. We heard our next door neighbors talking, watching tv, listening to music, loud children for the whole week and we heard banging above us the entire time, like someone was either moving furniture constantly or doing gymnastics. We were not happy with the entire building experience at all and will not be staying there again.

The unit itself was very nice but the location on the back of building leaves a LOT to be desired. Never used the balcony because of where it overlooks

Fair. The water”view” from the balcony was poor. The real view was of a rundown shack with a muddy yard and two large dogs running around barking starting at 7am and continuing throughout the day. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a drugged out guy digging through the dumpster in the parking garage and ranting. The complex is nicely situated to John's Pass and the beach but so are other nicer resorts with better views and more clean.
