Madeira Bay Resort #301 is a one bedroom, one bathroom condo with a private balcony. Views of marina, sunrises, waterway and islands. The bedroom has a King size bed and there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. One parking pass provided. This condo is pet friendly with restrictions ($150 non refundable pet fee).
Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

Ideal with closeness to John's Pass. Walked over there every day. 10hour fishing tour came in handy having unit close enough to walk to. Everyone very friendly. That's what you want when on vacation. Thank you again.

For the most part, we enjoyed the unit. It was spacious and had everything we needed. However, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept on. Unfortunately, we did not get one good night's sleep during the six nights we stayed. If the bed is changed, I feel it is a five out of five star unit. With the poor bed, we would never stay in this unit again. If the bed was changed, we would definitely have 301 as one of our top choices when choosing a unit at the resort. The resort itself is very nice. The pool area, close proximity to the beach, and John's Pass makes it a very good place to stay.

The overall experience was great ! From my initial contact with Ryan all the way to checkout we couldn’t have asked for a better stay!! Ryan went over and above with all my questions and really made our stay enjoyable ! We will definitely be back and have found our new place to stay whenever we visit Madeira Beach !

It was a great experience . Location is ideal . The proximity to John's Pass & the beach made it a daily trip to both . We thoroughly enjoyed the pool & hot tub also .The views overlooking the bay & the morning sunrises were gorgeous ! And it was an easy drive to either Publix or Walmart . Would definitely stay there again .

This property is very nice. I liked having indoor hallways and covered parking. The fact that you were painting the building exterior and parking area during our stay shows Management takes pride in the appearance of the property. The location is very convenient to walk to many restaurants, the beach, and John's Pass. We were grateful for owners to allow our dog to stay in our unit, and the available area on the property for dogs. We would definitely stay Madeira Bay Resort again.

Excellent unit, clean and beautifully decorated. Nice view of the St. John's Pass and the beach is just steps away. Perfect location to restaurants, bars and stores. Close to parks and museums. Absolutely 100% recommended.

Excellent! Location of our unit was perfect- end unit made it nice & quiet. Loved watching the sunrise every morning on the bay, and sunset just across the street on the beach! John's Pass is so close. Perfect stay!

Was an awesome stay. Affordable bs being on the beach side, great morning view from balcony of the marina (no smells which was a bonus!) and super easy walk right across the street to the beach. Would stay here again if for no other reason based on the location, 3 min walk to John's pass which we loved all the shops, even the kids (4 and 5 years old). Something for everyone. Major fishing area which was awesome for our family. Fish from shore, under the bridge or a charter. Did not fish off the sea wall in the marina there, that was our plan but it's just a small section you could fish from if you wanted too, but you have to time with the tide and although we saw some mullet jumping the boat traffic and limited casting proved to be too difficult.room was as advertised. Had everything we needed and even some bonus items for the beach.
