Madeira Bay Resort #300 is a spacious newly completed unit. Completely renovated. Unit features full marina views, access private elevator, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full baths. Views of marina, sunrises and waterway from the expansive living room and master bedroom windows (no balcony). The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third has a twin bunk bed. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. Two parking passes provided.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Unit 300 exceeded our expectations. There was ample room for the seven of us. We absolutely loved the private elevator. The only complaint came from the little kids because the tv wouldn't stay on if the lights were switched off. They needed to rest and reset anyway. The proximity to John's Pass was super convenient.

Girls Weekend! We loved this unit! We had 6 in our party and had plenty of room. We slept 6 comfortably, however, don't count on the upper bunk unless it's for a child. It's difficult to get up on and it feels a little "rickety". But the two couches in the living room are very comfortable so sleeping arrangements were not a problem. Very clean! I usually run all the dishes and utensils thru the dishwasher and sometimes wash the blankets, but this place was so clean, I didnt feel the need. The kitchen is well stocked and roomy enough for all 6 of us to move around in. The table is the perfect size for dining and playing games. The view out the living room window and the master BR is fantastic!The private elevator is a big plus. It made loading and unloading a breeze. The pool area was very clean. We weren't sure if early check in was available but the desk clerk was very accommodating and said we could store our coolers until check in. We arrived around 1pm and our room was ready! Very short walk to the beach and shops and restaurants are close by. We will definitely stay at this unit again and I would highly recommend it.
