Madeira Bay Resort #210 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a private balcony. Corner balcony with access from living room and master bedroom. Views of marina, sunrises, waterway and islands. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Large flat screen TV in the living room, smaller flat screen in master bedroom. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. This condo is pet friendly with restrictions ($150 non refundable pet fee). One parking pass provided.
Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

This is definitely my happy place. Dog friendly and people friendly! The location is great-walkable to the beach and Johns Pass. Great shopping and shelling. The staff is outstanding. At the end of our extended stay we feel like family. Ryan and his team get an A+! Looking forward to next year

11/18/2023 - 11/25/2023. This was our first time staying here and we will definitely be back if we visit the area again. The condo is very clean, spacious, and everything we needed for the week along with our dog. Unit 210 is pet friendly, but you would never know as there is absolutely no sign or smell of dogs. The condo is tile floor throughout. There is a washer & dryer in the condo which is super convenient. Love the 2 balconies with a view of the water inlet and boats. Within walking distance to John's Pass. Very close and easy across the street access to the beautiful beach. The pool & hot tub are very conveniently located and very clean. There were two different gentlemen working the desk during our stay and both were very friendly and helpful. It's difficult to choose places when searching the internet, but MBR did not disappoint!

This was our first time staying at MBR and it was a great experience! The unit was very clean, well equipped, and very spacious. The parking and elevators are very easily accessible. The pool area was also very neat and clean. A short walk across the street and you're on the most beautiful beach! MBR is within walking distance of John's Pass and we walked there many times during the week. Everyone on the front desk team was very friendly and helpful. They acknowledged us every time we came and went and even offered to help carry items up to our room. Our dog barked when we would leave and we told the front desk to call us if he didn't calm down and they acted like him barking wasn't a big deal at all. Very accommodating! Highly recommend MBR if you're looking for a place to stay.
