The brand new Madeira Bay Resort I #1708 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a private balcony. King size bed in the master and queen bed in the guest bedroom plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. Flat screen TV's in the living room and master. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. This condo is NOT pet friendly. One parking pass provided.
Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

Parking lot not adequatley patrolled as we needed assistance to find parking as numerous cars from Mexican restaurant parked in our area. Why do you allow the marina to park on the side for guests and we are told not to park on marina side. Also, people from Johns Pass parked their as well as we actually withnessed this.

Our condo was perfect! Everything was clean and better than the pictures. It came with beach chairs and an umbrella which helped our time on the beach be more enjoyable. We will be back!

Our stay was wonderful! Having the oceanfront view from the “penthouse “ (top floor unit) was perfect for watching spectacular sunsets! We'd definitely recommend Madeira Bay Resort and would love to visit again!
