The brand new Madeira Bay Resort I #1707 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a private balcony. King size bed in the master, bunk bed in the second bedroom plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. Flat screen TV's in the living room and master. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. This condo is NOT pet friendly. One parking pass provided.
Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

Overall, we LOVED our condo! The view & space was incredible. It was clean & modern. We were on the 7th floor, and even the hallway leading to our door was always so clean & the modern floor nice. Minus the elevator breaking twice, it was one of the best stays in a condo we have ever had! We will be back!

We really enjoyed our time at Maderia Bay Resorts. The 7th floor had great views. The room and common areas were clean. The key pad was easy to use. Parking was never an issue. The pool looked small and in the middle of a parking lot so we didn't use it. But the beach access was directly across the street and it was nice being so close to John's Pass. We would definitely come back!

We loved it. Unit still had the "new" smell to it. It had everything we needed and was very clean. Front desk staff, cleaning crew all were friendly. We will definitely stay again!!!

We loved our stay in our unit 1707! The unit was clean and beautiful and the balcony overlooking the marina was the perfect place to unwind in the evening. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were well stocked with towels. Also, the location was perfect, close to John's Pass and the beach just steps away. We can't wait to come back!

We enjoyed the unit very much. It provides very convenient access to Madeira Beach, Bay, and Marina. John's Pass is just across one side street. It has a great view of the Marina, the Bayou, and St. Petersburg in the distance. The beach is 2 minutes from the lobby door and straight across the access road. Lots of dining and drinking options within a 10 minute walk. We found Sweet Brewnette's up the street and enjoyed the Chunky Monkey and Pistashio Lattes!

The condo was EXACTLY as depicted in the pictures. It is right next to John's pass with shopping, restaurants, coffee, everything you'd possibly want on a vacation!
Perfect, clean place to stay with amazing marina and bay views from balcony.
All keyless entry, so easy for logistics.
Can't wait to stay again!
