brand new Madeira Bay Resort I #1706 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a private balcony with views of the Gulf of Mexico. King size bed in the master, queen size bed in the second bedroom plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. Flat screen TV's in the living room and master. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. One parking pass provided. This condo is pet friendly with restrictions ($150 non refundable pet fee).
Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

The resort and condo were quite a surprise. The on-line pictures do not do the views from 1706 justice. You cannot get better views if staying on the beach and with beach access directly across the street, we didn't miss being directly on the beach. And loved that we could walk to John's Pass Village.
