The brand new Madeira Bay Resort I #1701 is a three bedroom, two bathroom condo with a private balcony. King size bed in the master, queen in the second bedroom and queen in the third bedroom plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. Flat screen TV's in the living room and master. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. One parking pass provided. This condo is pet friendly with restrictions ($150 non refundable pet fee).
Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

Experience was good with the exception of cleanliness of the unit. The floors were so dirty that our feet were pitch black from walking in there. Also, it would have been nice if we were told that there wouldn't be and shampoos and very little soap.

This unit is a perfect location. Great view and walking distance to many places to eat. We saw dolphins and manatees from the balcony. I would stay here again.

The staff was wonderful - our unit happened to be clean and ready so we were provided a very early check in. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The condo was clean and a perfect location. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends!

We went for a girls trip for the weekend and stayed in Unit 1701. 3 beds/2 baths. It was a gorgeous condo and perfect location and great view of the marina and bay. We walked to John's Pass to do some shopping and to hit the bars and restaurants. And the beach was right across the street. We will definitely go back!
