The brand new Madeira Bay Resort I #1608 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a private balcony. King size bed in the master, queen in the second bedroom plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. Flat screen TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. Tile throughout, no carpet. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. One parking pass provided. This condo is pet friendly with restrictions ($150 non refundable pet fee). This unit has been professionally sanitized and disinfected by Pro Shield20.
Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

This was our first time here, when we got there the Man who got us checked in was so welcoming and asked if we had any questions and said to call if any problems and to enjoy our stay! We absolutely loved our stay it was almost like being home we just had a better view, there was nothing and I mean nothing we needed they even had beach things for us to use, I would definitely recommend this place for sure and be back.

The wife and I enjoyed our two-night stay, extending our week-long stay on Madeira Beach. While we were not on the beach, being up on a higher floor was wonderful. Nice having walk-in showers and king-size beds too! It was also nice that previous renters left supplies and we added to the collection. We will return!

This is a nice resort, but the pictures are deceiving. I thought we would be on the beach side but both buildings were across the street. The picture of the building does not show the busy street in-between the resort and the beach. I would not have booked this resort knowing that Gulf Bvld. was in-between the building and the beach.

Our experience was wonderful. We plan to book again soon. The location was perfect for dining, activities and views in the morning and evening were beautiful. Staff was always available and very kind and helpful. Implantation of security for building was perfect.

Loved our stay. This condo was within walking distance to John’s Pass shops and restaurants and right across from the beach. The views of the beach were stunning - especially at dawn and dusk. The condo itself was bright and clean and the beds were ultra comfortable (not too soft or firm). Couldn’t have been happier with the stay or our experience.

We booked a few days at Madeira Bay at the last minute during a long weekend trip to FL. Check in was quick and easy and the staff was very friendly. Our condo was beautiful and the view of the gulf and the marina from the balconies couldn't be beat. Loved that the beach was just across the street and John's Pass and all the restaurants and shops were only a couple blocks away. We will definitely book here again when we're in the area.

What a great experience, with an amazing location and view! The beach was a stones throw away. Spent everyday relaxing on the beach and many restaurants, watering holes and shops within walking distance. Lots of stuff to do, can’t wait to come back again!

Had a magnificent time staying here. It was a bit chilly during our vacation but still much nicer than back home. The entertainment scene around the John’s Pass area is off the charts and it was nice to see everyone doing their thing but yet being cautious under today's Covid-19 challenges. We also thought it was a really nice touch that this unit #1608 was completely sanitized and disinfected prior to our stay from a company called Pro Shield20. This provided us with additional confidence that the property was being thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. We will be back hopefully sooner than later! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2021.

My stay in the condo exceeded my expectations. It was clean and well appointed. The view from the balcony was excellent. I had no idea how awesome the Madeira Beach area is. There's so much to do and see. Friendly people and plenty of great shops, restaurants and stunning beaches all within a quick walk.

This unit was one of the best we have rented over the last 7yrs or so. The condo was fully furnished with top of the line appliances and very clean. The beach was a stones throw away along with all the shopping and restaurant needs. Beautiful sunsets viewed from the balcony facing the Gulf side while we also got to dolphins swimming right out our balcony on the harbor side. Looking forward to the next vacation here.

The management crew and check in was super easy. The condo was absolutely beautiful and nothing beats having both the view of the gulf and the harbor. Sunsets were truly amazing. We will book this same property next year.
