The brand new Madeira Bay Resort I #1403 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a private balcony. King size bed in the master, bunk beds in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Flat screen TV's in the living room and master. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. One parking pass provided. This condo is NOT pet friendly.
Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

The condo was great! The view of the channel was amazing for coffee in the morning and drinks at night. The space was clean and well kept. My kids enjoyed the ‘on demand' TV on our rainy day and the beach chairs for our beach days. John's Pass is a very short walk and so convenient to have shops, restaurants and activities so close.

Our stay was wonderful, the unit is absolutely beautiful and spotless. We sat on the balcony most evenings after returning from excursions and enjoyed the wonderful breeze. Unit was accessible to everything we needed, parking was easy and multiple spots available. Definitely will be returning.
