The brand new Madeira Bay Resort I #1308 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a private balcony. King size bed in the master, queen in the second bedroom plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. Flat screen TV's in the living room and master. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. One parking pass provided. This condo is pet friendly with restrictions ($150 non refundable pet fee).
Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable. We liked the vinyl flooring that made it easy to sweep up sand. The ice maker worked well. TRS was very accommodating in having our unit ready early since we were moving from one TRS managed building to another.
