The brand new Madeira Bay Resort I #1305 is a three bedroom, two bathroom condo with a private balcony. King size bed in the master, queen in the second bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom. Flat screen TV's in the living room and master. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. One parking pass provided.
Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

Condo was very clean. Location was close to beach and many restaurants. Very satisfied with the entire process from booking to the day we left. I did pre check in and when we arrived we were in the condo within five minutes. We would rent this unit again.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. Everything was as listed on the website. It was very spacious and everything from kitchen utensils, to towels were provided. Check-in/check-out was easy. The condo was close to everything such as the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. We throughly enjoyed our visit.

Couldn't have asked for a better location! So close to John's Pass- didn't have to worry about parking and so nice to just walk down the street and find so much to do. Also very easy to get to beach access! The condo itself was very clean and spacious! Lots of beach amenities which was great. The balcony was wonderful to relax and watch the boats come and go. Overall a fabulous place - we will be back.

We absolutely loved this unit! It was clean and had every utensil or pan we needed. It was a well stocked kitchen. We loved the big windows overlooking the docked boats. The short walk across the street to access the beach was very nice as well as the very short walk to John's Pass and all of the restaurants.
