The brand new Madeira Bay Resort I #1304 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a private balcony. King size bed in the master, a queen bed in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Flat screen TV's in the living room and master. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. One parking pass provided.
This condo is pet friendly. A $150 non refundable pet fee applies. Current rabies vaccination records are required upon check-in. Pet breed must comply with a non-aggressive dog breed. Aggressive breeds (mixed or pure) include: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepard, Great Dane, Pitbull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Siberian Husky, Wolf Hybrid.
Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

Our overall experience was a great one! The unit was extremely clean and the extra items such as beach chairs, umbrella and cooler was much appreciated. Kitchen utensils, plates/bowls and cooking items are provided at a bare minimum. The sofa bed pullout has a thin, not comfortable cushion to sleep on. Lastly, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony shows both the beautiful sunset and ocean. Great condo overall and would recommend.

Very pleased with unit. One of the cleanest condos we have stayed in. Second bedroom was smaller than expected but for the quick weekend we made do.
