Hurricane Update: This unit was not damaged in the hurricanes, and we’d love to accommodate you! The building is currently completing repairs on the ground level, particularly around the pool deck and parking lot. You may hear or see construction workers during your stay. The elevator is fully operational, and direct beach access is available at the south end of the property. The pool remains closed but is expected to reopen later this spring. Please contact us for additional information.
Las Brisas #508 is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a balcony. This condo is located above the pool and is set back from other units, yet still offers a lovely gulf view. The condo is completely renovated with new cabinetry, new furnishings, and tile flooring throughout. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has 2 double beds. Flat screen TV's in the living room and master bedroom. Washer and Dryer located right inside the condo! Free long distance calling and high speed Wi-Fi. One assigned parking space provided. Las Brisas is a Gulf Front property located in beautiful Madeira Beach. Private beach access directly from the ground level. The heated pool overlooks the beach, as do the tiki huts and picnic area. BBQ grills on-site.

Everything exceeded expectations. A minor recommendation would be to have hooks for bath towels in the bathroom ie maybe on the back of the doors
