Las Brisas #407 is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a balcony. Stunning direct gulf front view. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has two queen size beds. The third bedroom has 2 twins size beds. TV's in the living room and master bedroom. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Laundry room with washer and dryer located inside the unit! Free high speed Wi-Fi. Two assigned parking spaces provided. Las Brisas is a Gulf Front property located in beautiful Madeira Beach. Private beach access directly from the ground level. The heated pool overlooks the beach, as do the tiki huts and picnic area. BBQ grills on-site.

Our family had a wonderful time and absolutely loved our stay. The unit was clean and beautifully updated. The beach view was amazing and there are great restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

The unit was great but the sliding door in the living room was extremely hard to open. We used the one in the master bedroom mostly, which wasn't easy to close. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the unit. The checking in and out was easy. We would love to stay here again

This place was amazing for a beach getaway. We loved the location! On the beach, walking distance to many restaurants and free shuttles to John's Pass. I'm sad to be back home, but already thinking about next year. Oh, we will be back.

Very happy with the cleanliness of the unit upon check-in. Kudos to the maintenance staffer (Richard) who responded on Sunday to fix a leaking faucet in the unit above where the leak was coming thru our kitchen ceiling.

We really enjoyed our stay at Las Brisas #407. The views of the beach, Gulf and sunsets are spectacular. Close to John’s Pass and many fine restaurants. We would highly recommend this location.

My Family had the greatest time ever the room was more then big enough was equipped with everything we needed there was 10 of us so it was nice to have a washer and dryer to use for the towels as the children loved being in the pool every day! And we saved money by having breakfast lunch and dinner in the fully stocked kitchen all in all it was a place that we would definitely rent over again!
