Our stay was good. The unit was nice. Location to restaurants working walking distance was really good. Efforts of renovation projects were underway, e.g. new fencing. A suggestion for a short term recapitalization project would be parking lot resurfacing and a long term project would be to add another elevator.

Great responsiveness from the agency . Easy to comunicate.
Condo is well appointed with everything you need. Beds are confortable and view is why we have rented in this building.

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our beachfront unit. The view was fabulous and hearing the waves was so peaceful. The unit was just as pictured. We had difficulty with the electronic door not opening when we arrived. The code had to be re-programmed from the office for us to enter which was definitely an inconvenience.

The overall experience was great, location is perfect, the balcony area give you a perfect sunset, walking distance to many restaurants, grocery store, farmacy etc. Check in and out process was easy and very convenient.

Where to start? This is the second time we've stayed at La Brisas #305. The condo in the perfect location, close to restaurants and activities without feeling crowded or 'touristy'. It is well stocked with everything we needed for our 16 night stay. Each morning we enjoyed our coffee and breakfast on the large balcony overlooking the beach and gulf of Mexico while watching for 'our' dolphin playing just off of the shore. Then we'd spend the day on the pure white beach and at times would take a dip in the clean and conveniently located pool. The restrooms by the pool are very clean and updated. I truly cannot say enough to convey what a lovely time we have when staying at La Brisas #305.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The views are amazing. The location cannot be beat. We were there when most restaurants and activities were shut down. It didn't matter. We had everything we needed in the pristine, well-stocked condo and most importantly the beach in our backyard.

Condo has everything you need for enjoyable stay! Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen, water/sand toys, pack and play, extra pillows and blankets, TV's in each room, very clean and comfortable condo. Beautiful views and very relaxing time. Wish we could stay longer.
