Hurricane Update: This unit was not damaged in the hurricanes, and we’d love to accommodate you! The building is currently completing repairs on the ground level, particularly around the pool deck and parking lot. You may hear or see construction workers during your stay. The elevator is fully operational, and direct beach access is available at the south end of the property. The pool remains closed but is expected to reopen later this spring. We had a wonderful experience. The gentleman checking us in was very nice. The unit was comfortable and clean. Las Brisas has an easily assessable and outstanding beach. The traffic in front of the condo is not terrible. There are several restaurants within 10 minutes of the condo. There are also grocery stores within a few minutes of the condo.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would stay here again. Las Brisas is in a great location on the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. This unit was well stocked with beach towels and chairs, floats, and everything we needed for the kitchen.

Our family totally enjoyed our stay at Las Brisas. Very clean and everything we needed for a beach vacation including beach chairs umbrellas sand toys beach towels even a blender for margaritas. Cannot wait to book this unit again for 22
