Las Brisas 201 is a recently renovated 1440 square foot condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You can take pleasure in remarkable views of the Gulf every day from your balcony facing the Gulf. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the third bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds, accommodating a total of 8 people.
The condo provides 2 dedicated parking spots beneath the building, near the elevator. The unit features a washer and dryer, and includes free high-speed internet. Las Brisas is a Gulf Front property in the scenic Madeira Beach. It boasts private beach access straight from the ground level. The beachfront heated pool, tiki huts, and picnic area all provide stunning views of the beach. BBQ grills are also available on-site.
Madeira Beach, a small beach community, is a short distance away from two of Florida's most highly-rated beaches - St. Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach. The historic "John's Pass Village and Boardwalk" is a popular attraction that features a large selection of shops, restaurants, bars, and sights. It's likely that you'll spend more time here than at the beach! It was a very clean and updated unit in a great location right on the beach. Close enough to walk to John's pass to. Grocery store and restaurants are also close. Would highly recommend staying in LB201.

Wonderful! Great VRBO location to airport. Really easy check-in with friendly TRS staff! Loved the closeness to local restaurants, bars and St Johns Boardwalk for shopping and activities. Had a great time parasiling, relaxing, jet skiing, shopping, sailing and even took day trip to Busch Gardens for rides! Water is beautiful and very clear! Beaches clean with soft white sand! Loved the beach guy with whom we rented chairs and umbrellas from during the day at the beach! We didnt want to leave!

Remote late check in worked great!!! Fantastic communication with TRS prior to arrival. Fabulous location with activities and amenities within walking distance. . Great parking access. Unit had good privacy and was well insulated from noise from other units. Felt very safe and enjoyed the family atmosphere on the beach.

This is a beautifully remodeled condo and was enjoyed by our family. The three grandkids had spacious rooms and the beds were comfortable. A beautiful balcony that had a great view of the ocean. Kitchen had everything we needed to fix our meals right there. Any questions were answered with a phone call. Totally Enjoyed.
