One bedroom condo in the Garden Building with a queen size bed and flat screen TV in the bedroom. Sofa sleeper, futon and flat screen TV in the living room. Tiled throughout. Gulf Winds Resort is snuggled in quieter section of St. Pete Beach with the beach directly across the street. The property features a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard, BBQ grills, a laundry room and it’s conveniently located to restaurants and local shops on Corey Avenue. Vacation condos have full kitchens and all the comforts of home.

We had a great stay. About a three block walk to the beach. Pool area was great. It was busy at times. Corey Ave about a 1/2 mile away and Gulf Blvd about three blocks away. Many restaurants nearby. We had plenty of space in the room and more than enough dinnerware, although some of the cookware could be updated. The bed might have been maybe a bit soft, but we managed. It was awesome to find the beach accessories in the storage closet. Freebee picked us up and dropped us off by our corner. Only minor inconvenience was that the room isn't particularly sound-proof and we heard our neighbors above walking around and moving furniture/chairs and also heard people outside talking as they walked by. This was noticeable in the evening when trying to go to bed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

We were originally booked for room 701. There was an issue with a broken bed. We called the front desk, The problem could not be resolved due to the holiday weekend. Terry in the office a Gulf Winds worked to make sure we were accommodated. He was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. He got us a new condo with as little disruption as possible for which we are grateful. It cannot be overstated what a joy it was to have Terry helping us.

Appreciated the beach cart, kids toys, chairs and mats. Very kind to provide them. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and serving. Very clean and so pretty! Comfy sleeping arrangements.
