Overall, the unit was fine and in a good location relative to the beach. We enjoyed our stay. There were no noise problems or need to call maintenance for anything.

Teresa was great and the Owner brought us two new beach umbrellas, two umbrella anchors, two new beach chairs and a new beach cart. Thank you and I appreciate your prompt response and delivery for the items above. The patio view was amazing and the Condo was clean. One of my guests booked the Condo for July 15-21st.

The location of the unit is great, with beach access right across the street. The unit was exactly as pictured, somewhat dated, but clean. We used the coffee pot and toaster, and noticed there were pots, pans, and utensils should you decide you wanted to cook. The unit is on a quiet street, we didn’t notice any noise. We didn’t use the pool (we were beach bums), but it was convenient and looked quite nice.My only recommendation for change would be upgrade window coverings/blinds, they didn’t block the security light from the second bedroom, difficult to move around the patio door and barely covering and there was a beach mat covering the bathroom blind. Loved our little patio for morning coffee. There were beach chairs and an umbrella in the unit, but we chose to use the beach service ($30/day for 2 chairs and an umbrella). We also highly recommend Rick’s Reef (about 2-3 blocks away) for food, absolutely delicious! We were within walking distance of several other restaurants as well.
