Ground floor, two bedroom condo with a small patio in the courtyard area and a Gulf view. King size bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in second bedroom, and a futon in living room. Gulf Winds Resort is snuggled in quieter section of St. Pete Beach with the beach directly across the street. The property features a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard, BBQ grills, a laundry room and it’s conveniently located to restaurants and local shops on Corey Avenue. Vacation condos have full kitchens and all the comforts of home.

I like the Gulf Winds for its location- I have seen several updated units- kudos to their owners. We usually require a two bedroom - thus # 201 for the ground floor and location. A special mention of Teresa Mcguiness who we have dealt with for many years now. She is the consummate professional and is an asset for the group she works for. I hope her hard work and diligence does not go unnoticed.

The ONLY thing I could think of that could use improvement would be dedicated parking spots for each unit. We noticed availability of spots changed based on beach visitors. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

We loved the location. We had children with us, and the ground floor was ideal for getting them to the pool and beach. We also appreciated that beach chairs were provided.

We loved our stay in unit 201! Getting in contact with manager Teresa was always a pleasant experience. This complex is in a great location for beach access via a quick walk across a quiet street. Unit was comfortable and had everything we needed. Appreciated the lower price since we didn't need a newly updated condo.
