Great communication. Everything rated as excellent above with the understanding that the office, pool, etc. were closed and limited laundry availability due to storm damage beyond your control. The property was in much better shape than a lot in the area and we had a nice stay. This was a very nice unit. Nicely decorated. Stocked with everything we needed in terms of dishes and amenities. I will definitely look to book this unit again.

We really enjoyed our first stay at Gulf Winds. We have been to St Pete Beach several times, staying at different properties each time. This is a place we look forward to returning to. We love the relaxed pace at St Pete Beach and the casual feel.

This was our third year in 1407 and we really enjoyed our stay. It is really nice unit with a nice view of the gulf. It is nicely furnished and very comfortable. It is not available next year so we will be staying in a different apartment. The complex is very well maintained and has a great location. We can’t wait to return.

We couldn't be happier. The resort was clean (if older) but the location and price point was amazing. Teresa at the front desk was kind and explained everything to us regarding the check in/check out process to make that painless.
Our unit #1407 was tidy, well decorated, and modern.

We had a great week. Our unit was clean and adorable! I loved the decor. I would recommend putting a second chair on the small balcony. Other than that we had a perfect week at Gulf Winds.
