From the balcony, you can see a glimpse of the Gulf, and even more conveniently the beach access path is directly in front of the building. You'll be on the beach with less than a minutes walk!

Conveniently located to many restaurants and local shops, including those on Historic Corey Avenue. The property features a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard, BBQ grills, and outdoor courtyards with seating areas. A community laundry room that accept coins and credit card is located onsite.
