Unit 508 is an 850 square foot fully furnished 1 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath condo. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. There is a king sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized sleep sofa with an upgraded “tempurpedic” style mattress in the living room. The balcony has a view of the Boca Ciega Bay and the porch has a view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This unit can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The Gulf Gate property is located directly on the beautiful white sands of St Pete Beach. Enjoy the heated pool, hot tub and private beach access. Groceries, numerous dinning choices and shopping are near by.

This is our 27th or 28th year staying at Gulf Gate. Although we have stayed in different condos, we primarily stay in 508 it is our favorite!! This year was different, the condo was a bit run down and very dirty!! We have never encountered that before. It is in need of a good renovation and updating. The facility itself is beginning to show wear and is in need of an updating. Gulf Gate has always been a very family friendly place without all the loud rude and crude people, however this year and even last year we encountered a lot of that. I spoke with the managing partner in the office and expressed my concerns and was told it would be taken into consideration. I also expressed my concerns over rate increases and no updates to the amenities, they aren't there yet. Safety and security was also a concern this year, we have always used our keys to come in and out and this year the doors are open from 9-5. Personally I liked the doors being locked and only guest being able to go up. just my opinion!! Overall we love Gulf Gate and the area. we have become friends over the years with folks from all over the world and we vacation at the same time each year. Our children have grown up there and now our grands are growing up there.

Cindy in the office is way above average. I hope you pay her well and keep her on board. You are lucky to have her on your team. The young man in the office, who is there when Cindy is not on duty, is well below average. The pool area is well kept and the the pool water feels good and feels clean.
