Hurricane Update: This unit was not damaged in the hurricanes! Gulf Gate is currently open and accommodating guests. The elevator is fully functional, and direct access to the beach remains available. Gas grills and the heated swimming pool are available for guests to enjoy, however the hot tub is currently closed.
Unit 507 is an 850 square foot fully furnished 1 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath condo. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen along with a washer and dryer. There is a King size bed and a queen sized sleep sofa, sofa bed has a commercial mechanism and memory gel mattress located in the living room. The balcony has a view of the Boca Ciega Bay. This unit can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The Gulf Gate property is located directly on the beautiful white sands of St Pete Beach. Enjoy the heated pool, hot tub and private beach access. Groceries, numerous dinning choices and shopping are near by.

My family and I had a great time. This condo was perfect for the 4 of us. Great view, clean, comfortable and close to everything. The owner was great and even left us a gracious gift when we arrived. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Would definitely stay there again.

We had been spending time in Cape Coral with friends and we're on our way to Destin. We had never been to Saint Pete's Beach, so decided to stop there for a week on our way “north.” Turned out to be a great decision on our part. The week we spent at Gulfgate resort was perfect. The condo was super clean and the on-site management was terrific. The condo was very well equipped with everything we needed and it looked like it had been professionally decorated. You cannot beat the location of this unit. Walking distance to great restaurants. Steps to the beach. Nice pool area with plenty of seating. If/when we return to Saint Pete's beach, we will definitely stay there again. We have stayed in many VRBO properties around the country and this ranks with the best in terms of value, location and cleanliness.

Bob's condo #507 was amazing and Bob was a wonderful host. We had everything that we needed for a wonderful mother-daughter weekend at St. Pete Beach. The condo was perfectly clean and right on the most beautiful beach. We loved that the beach by the condo was far enough down the from the public parking lot that it was very quiet! There were times when we had it all to ourselves! The beach chairs and umbrellas in the outdoor closet were a nice surprise.
We cooked most of our meals in the condo's very well equipped kitchen. We loved it here and are already planning a trip to come back next year!

Bob's place was the perfect spot to stay on the beach! It had everything we needed for my family. It was well maintained and very clean. The location is close to multiple stores and restaurants that are within walking distance. The pool and hot tub were wonderful after spending time on the beach. Bob was also kind enough to leave us a thank you letter which we thought was so kind and thoughtful. We had no complaints and we look forward to booking with Bob again!

We stayed at Bob's condo for 5 days. From the moment we booked Bob's communication was very responsive and extremely helpful. He gave us suggestions on activities, restaurants, and answered our questions in a timely manner! The condo was very well appointed even down to the beach time supplies! It was clean and comfortable and had an amazing view of the bay and quick access to the beach. Office staff were very helpful and coordinated a late check in with ease.
Thanks to Bob for taking such good care of us. We plan on staying there again!

We stayed at this property for 5 nights and we had a fantastic time! Our host was awesome, very responsive and welcoming. The condo was spacious and clean with all of the modern amenities, including a washer/dryer, full cookware sets, beach supplies, and many more. The balcony has a beautiful view of the bay and when you leave the condo, you're right on beach. The location is super close to a lot of shops, bars, and restaurants. We absolutely loved our time at St. Pete Beach!

Wonderful unit located right on the beach. Take elevator to “G”, walk through the pool area and right on the sandy beach. Also very convenient, it's located walking distance to grocery store, dollar store, bars and eateries, fast food. Great host and very responsive. Unit is large and has everything you would need for a 7 night stay. Overall we were very pleased. Thank you!!

Bob's place was very comfortable & as described. Easy check in/out. Place was more spacious than expected for a 1 bedroom. The condo was very quiet. We rented a car, but could have done without as we walked just about everywhere. Beach was beautiful,. We went to Ft Desoto beach, which was only 15 minutes away & so beautiful... Everyone at gulf gate resort was friendly & nice pool area. I would highly recommend & return!

My fiancé and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay on St. Pete Beach! The owners communication was excellent and responsive. The condo was magnificent for such a reasonable price. The management hosts were available as well. We would love to stay there on our next visit to St. Pete Beach!!

Beautiful condo with everything you need for a quiet and peaceful vacation. The views of the water create a calm and relaxing stay. You are just a few steps away from the beach to sit in your beach chair and enjoy the ocean waves or take a long walk and find some seashells. There is a nice pool and a hot tub to relax at and read a book. Restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. We will definitely be coming back.
