Unit 502 is an 1145 square foot fully furnished 2 bedroom condo with 2 full baths. This unit has a fully equipped modern kitchen with granite counter tops plus a washer and dryer. There is a king sized bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom, and a queen sized sleep sofa in the living room. Located on the front of the building, the balcony has a view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This unit has a seven night minimum stay requirement. It can accommodate up to 6 guests.
The Gulf Gate property is located directly on the beautiful white sands of St Pete Beach. Enjoy the heated pool, hot tub and private beach access. Groceries, numerous dinning choices and shopping are near by.

Have spent many winter vacations here. Started with a 1 week rental, then 10 days, 12 days,ect., and now up to a full 2 weeks!!

Location is perfect both for the beach and for restaurants and shops within St Petes Beach. Gulf Gate Resort is quiet, well maintained and has everything you need from beach access, a pool, car parking spaces etc.

Fantastic, we have stayed the last 2 years in 502. Our unit is always clean and in great shape. The owner takes pride in keeping it updated and very well furnished. We're already booked for next year in same unit.

The new management is a breath of fresh air, they are on top of everything, and so very nice to deal with.
This was our 3rd year...we have extended our stay each time we've booked because we are always so happy with our experience. These condos are well maintained, and the location is great.
