Unit 308 is an 850 square foot fully furnished 1 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath condo. This unit has a fully equipped modern kitchen and a washer and dryer. There a king size bed in the bedroom and as well as a queen size murphy bed in the living room. The balcony has a view of the Boca Ciega Bay and the porch has a view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This unit can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The Gulf Gate property is located directly on the beautiful white sands of St Pete Beach. Enjoy the heated pool, hot tub and private beach access. Groceries, numerous dinning choices and shopping are near by.

I absolutely loved the property and the unit. It was much closer to the beach than the picture let on. We loved having a different view from each balcony. The unit was very clean and we had plenty of towels. The office staff were super friendly and helpful too. We will definitely be back to this property!

We had a very enjoyable experience over the 4th of July holiday. This was our 7th year staying at Gulf Gate Resort. We truly enjoy the family friendly environment and the convenient location on St. Pete Beach. The large private beach is a welcome to beachgoers as well. The grounds are always clean and the pool is sparkling!
