Unit 304 is an 850 square foot fully furnished 1 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath condo. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen along with a washer and dryer. There is a king sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized murphy’s bed in the living room. Set back from the front of the building, the balcony has a view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This unit can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The Gulf Gate property is located directly on the beautiful white sands of St Pete Beach. Enjoy the heated pool, hot tub and private beach access. Groceries, numerous dinning choices and shopping are near by.

I love the location to the beach and many opportunities for shopping and dining within walking distance. The office was very easy to work with. I love the opportunity to sign up for next year stay.

Great place to stay, have been coming here for over 12 years. Location on the beach and clean spacious units. Cons: I mentioned it before and will now that I really hate the fact that people claim chairs with their towels. As we had a unit facing the pool we could see there was at least one chair on which the towel was permanently in place (day and night) and we hardly saw someone occupying this chair.
