Unit 301 is an 850 square foot fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath condo. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen along with a washer and dryer. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen sized sleep sofa in the living room. Set back from the front of the building the balcony has a view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This unit can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The condo was so nice, as soon as you walked in you could tell it would be very comfortable! And it was! Exactly what we were looking for. Great view, too. The kitchen had everything you would need and the bed had a new mattress. We will stay here again!
