Unit 204 is an 850 square foot fully furnished 1 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath condo. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen along with a washer and dryer. There is one king bed and a queen sized sleep sofa in the living room. Set back from the front of the building, the balcony has a view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This unit can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The Gulf Gate property is located directly on the beautiful white sands of St Pete Beach. Enjoy the heated pool, hot tub and private beach access. Groceries, numerous dinning choices and shopping are near by.

It was perfect! The condo was beautiful and very well maintained. The bed was so comfy! We appreciated how clean it was and you could tell the owners take pride in providing a welcoming home. We felt very safe at Gulf Gate and everyone was very friendly.
We also loved the excellent communication prior to our arrival with easy to understand directions on the check in process and we loved the ease of the app. Thank you!

You can tell the owners really care about this unit. Everything was upgraded, in great shape and nicely decorated. Really nicely decorated and upgraded condo, with a nice view of the beach / water.
