Unit 104 is an 850 square foot fully furnished 1 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath condo. This unit has a fully equipped modern kitchen and a washer and dryer. There are two twin beds in the bedroom and queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Set back from the front of the building, the balcony has a view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This unit has a five night minimum stay requirement. It can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The Gulf Gate property is located directly on the beautiful white sands of St Pete Beach. Enjoy the heated pool, hot tub and private beach access. Groceries, numerous dinning choices and shopping are near by.

Wonderful! We always feel like gulf gate is a hidden gem in St. Pete. Great rates, clean updated rooms, and beautiful beach that isn’t crowded. Looking forward to our return visit in October.

Our stay at the Gulf Gate Resort was great! It was very clean! It was quiet and the pool and hot tub were not over crowded. We will definitely be staying here again next year!
