Unit 103 is an 850 square foot fully furnished 1 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath condo. This unit has a fully equipped modern kitchen and a washer and dryer. There is a King sized bed in the bedroom and a Queen sized sleep sofa in the living room. Located on the front of the building, the balcony has a view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This unit can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The Gulf Gate property is located directly on the beautiful white sands of St Pete Beach. Enjoy the heated pool, hot tub and private beach access. Groceries, numerous dinning choices and shopping are near by.

GREAT overall experience!! We enjoyed the rental unit we were in, especially the location of Gulf Gate Resort. Our front unit had a great balcony view of the Gulf. Access to the beach was about a 20 yard walk, which was perfect. The location of the Gulf Gate Resort is ideal -- close to excellent restaurants and a Publix grocery store. This was our first visit to St. Pete's Beach. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return to St. Pete's Beach again next year.

This was our second stay at Gulf Gate. We enjoyed our stay very much. The access to the pool, beach and the use of the grills enhanced our stay. The management and grounds personnel were exceptional! We found the other guests very friendly!

Our overall experience with unit 103 and the staff at Gulf Gate was excellent. We had to switch units mid-stay and the staff did everything to make the move as easy as possible. Kudos to the staff!
